Each session incorporates a number of modalities depending on the needs and desires of the client. Emphasis is placed on listening to and respecting the body, mind, and heart in order to assist you on your journey towards awareness, healing, and greater ease.
Gina has a nurturing, responsive and calming touch. She
enjoys assisting her clients with yoga poses that may benefit them between sessions.
Gina has been trained in Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and Acupressure.
