Yoga is about self-discovery.  When a body moves with the intention of being truly aware and present within a moment, amazing things can happen.  The breath deepens.  The mind is able to soften and relax into the body.  The body can be honestly heard, held, and healed.  Truths are uncovered.  And the heart, oh yes, the heart unfurls - unfolds - opens.   ~ Gina

Yoga Flow Classes
A flow of lightly challenging postures which will inspire a sense of delight in motion, an honoring of the body, and a deeper awareness of self. Gina's flow emphasizes wave-like spinal movements, fluid connection between poses, creative visuals, and subtle movement within each pose. All of these pieces encourage the body/mind to be engaged and present throughout the practice which will draw you ever deeper into the beauty and wholeness of self - and the connection of this self to all.
